Every day I write 1-3 things down in my NOTES app in my iPhone. I read my list every single day and then I add to it. I try to do this first thing in the morning so that I start off the day with positive thoughts.
What are you grateful for?
Goal:
- Focus on things that I'm grateful for, focusing on the positive aspects of my life.
- For now, make this a habit! Finish 2015 with doing this daily and posting a blog entry weekly.
Obstacles:
- Getting too busy.
- Losing motivation.
- Not finding the time.
- Being distracted.
- Not finding the positive in things, having a bad day.

- Starting the day being grateful and focusing on the positive.
- Use the NOTES app in my phone and keep a running list of things I'm grateful for.
- Write at least 1 thing a day.
- Update blog weekly, to be held accountable until habit is formed (Thought: possibly move to monthly later?)
