When I started down this path, I truly thought it would go a lot smoother than it did. Instead of a smooth road, it's been full of bumps and pot holes, and the word "INFERTILITY" is now a real-living thing in my life. I was diagnosed with Unexplained Infertility. The road to have a baby has been longer, more difficult, and way more emotional than I ever expected. Below is my TTC Timeline.

$$ Costs $$
Making a baby through fertility treatments costs money $$$. Costs will vary per person depending on their insurance coverage and what is needed to get done. All RE's offices are different on how they charge for things as well. My IUI's were not covered by my insurance. After the 6 failed IUI tries, my infertility benefits kicked in going forward. Although there are still out-of-pocket costs with IVF. Want to know how much fertility treatments have cost me? Click here.
There are a lot of interesting terms used when discussing TTC, check out the Fertility Acronyms for some reference.
