Pregnancy #1

I had my FET on 9/22/16 where I transferred two 6-day embryos with assisted hatching. After almost 2 years of fertility treatments and on my 11th cycle (TTC Timeline) -- it finally worked! One of my embryos implanted and I am pregnant!

EDD: June 10, 2017

First Trimester

• 9/29/16: First Positive Pregnancy Tests! 
• 9/30/16: Beta #1 = 30 Started really low, wasn't sure if it would end up being a chemical pregnancy. 
• 10/3/16: Beta #2 = 83.1
• 10/5/16: Beta #3 = 203.3
• 10/7/16: Beta #4 = 451.3
• 10/10/16: Beta #5 = 1136.2
• 10/12/16: Beta #6 = 2122.3
• 10/14/16: 1st Ultrasound 5w+6d = 100 bpm heartbeat! Got to see the fetal pole, the yolk sac, and fetal heartbeat! 
• 10/18/16: 1st OB Appointment
• 10/23/16: 7w+1d = Subchorionic Hemorrhage. My first big scare. Ended up in the ER with a big bleed and passing tissue. Turns out everything is OK. 
• 10/24/16: RE Appointment
• 10/27/16: 1st MFM Appointment
• 10/31/16: Graduate from my RE! 
• 11/5/16: 9 weeks pregnant!
• 11/11/16: Last day of IVF/FET Meds and Start Insulin.
• 11/12/16: 10 weeks pregnant!
• 11/17/16: Cardiologist Appointment 
• 11/19/16: 11 weeks pregnant! 
• 11/22/16: NT Scan
• 11/26/16: 12 weeks pregnant
• 12/2/16: High Risk for Trisomy 18/13. My next big scare: high risk for trisomy 18/13 from he 1st Trimester NT screening. Extra monitoring to determine if my baby has one of these trisomies. NIPT was inconclusive. 
• 12/3/16: 13 Weeks Pregnant
• 12/8/16: MFM Follow-up and NIPT re-drawn 

Second Trimester 

• 12/10/16: 14 Weeks Pregnant
• 12/17/16: 15 Weeks Pregnant
• 12/19/16: NIPT results are in. Results came back LOW RISK!!!! Also, I'm having a baby BOY!!! 
• 12/22/16: Genetic Counselor and detailed ultrasound. Meeting with genetic counselor and need to do the sequential screening to determine if baby is at risk for anything or if my placenta isn't working properly... more tests and more worry. Baby looked good on U/S, moving around and measuring 2 days ahead. 
• 12/24/16: 16 Weeks Pregnant
• 12/30/16: OB Appointment 
• 1/6/17: MFM Appointment, Genetic Talk. Genetic Test for Fragile X and 2nd Trimester Screening using Sequential Screening. 
• 1/7/17: 18 Weeks Pregnant
• 1/13/17: Genetic test results back. Fragile X and Sequential Screening came back within the normal range. 
• 1/14/17: 19 Weeks Pregnant. One more week until I'm HALF-WAY in my pregnancy. 
• 1/16/17: Anatomy Scan. Baby looks good! Measuring 4 days ahead. 
• 1/21/17: 20 weeks pregnant - made it to the half-way mark in my pregnancy! 
• 1/25/17: Another bleeding episode. At 20w+3d, I started bleeding bright red blood. I went to the hospital and they were able to find the baby's heartbeat. Not sure what caused the bleeding. I was put on pelvic rest. 
• 1/27/17: Monthly OB Appointment. Good news = cervix is closed and the discharge in my vagina looks old - no new blood. 
• 1/28/17: 21 Weeks Pregnant
• 1/31/17: MFM Appointment , Ultrasound. 
• 2/4/17: 22 Weeks Pregnant
• 2/11/17: 23 Weeks Pregnant
• 2/14/17: MFM Appointment, Fetal Echo Cardiogram. All looks good with baby boy's heart!  
• 2/18/17: 24 Weeks Pregnant - I have reached viability! 
• 2/22/17: Pre-Natal Depression
• 2/24/17: Monthly OB Appointment 
• 2/25/17: 25 Weeks Pregnant 
• 2/28/17: MFM Appointment
• 3/2/17: 100 days to go! 
• 3/4/17: 26 Weeks Pregnant

Third Trimester 

• 3/11/17: 27 Weeks Pregnant -- entering 7th month and 3rd Trimester 
• 3/14/17: Intake with Therapist regarding Antenatal Depression 
• 3/14/17: MFM Appointment, Fetal Growth Check and Diabetes follow-up. Baby boy is measuring in the 43rd percentile. 
• 3/18/17: 28 Weeks Pregnant
• 3/24/17: Monthly OB Appointment (moving to every 2 weeks after this) 
• 3/25/17: 29 Weeks Pregnant 
• 3/25/17: Elective 3D/4D Ultrasound, Take 1
• 3/28/17: MFM diabetes Follow-up
• 4/1/17: 30 weeks pregnant
• 4/1/17: Express Birthing Class 
• 4/5/17: Bi-Weekly OB Appointment
• 4/6/17: Hospital Tour 
• 4/7/17: First Therapy Appointment for Antenatal Depression 
• 4/7/17: Elective 3D/4D Ultrasound, Take 2 
• 4/8/17: 31 Weeks Pregnant -- entering the 8th month
• 4/8/17: Breastfeeding Class 
• 4/11/17: MFM Diabetes Follow-up and Growth Ultrasound
• 4/15/17: 32 Weeks Pregnant -- next week I start weekly NST (non-stress test) and Bio Physical Profile (BPP) ultrasound monitoring 
• 4/18/17: Weekly MFM Appointment (Diabetes Consult and BPP U/S)
• 4/21/17: Weekly OB Appointment and NST
• 4/22/17: 33 Weeks Pregnant! 
• 4/22/17: Infant Care Class 
• 4/25/17: Weekly MFM Appointment (Diabetes Consult and BPP U/S)
• 4/28/17: Weekly OB Appointment and NST
• 4/29/17: 34 Weeks Pregnant 
• 5/2/17: Weekly MFM Appointment (Diabetes Consult and BPP U/S)
