Started IVF after 6 failed IUI's in 2015:
- IVF #1 (Cycle 7): Nov/Dec 2015. Cycle was Cancelled due to non-response (low response)
- IVF #2 (Cycle 8): Jan/Feb 2016. BFN
- Retrieved 9 eggs, 8 mature, 7 fertilized with ICSI, 4 made it to Blasts.
- Fresh Transfer, transfer 1 blast, that was not successful.
- 3 cryopreserved (1 day 5 blast, 2 day 6 blasts)
- FET #1 (Cycle 9): Mar/Apr 2016. Transferred one 5-day frozen blast (from IVF#2) with assisted hatching on 4/20/16. BFN
- IVF #3 / IUI #7 (Cycle 10) converted to IUI #7: June/July 2016. Plan: Fresh IVF Cycle with ICSI and PGS testing, freeze all cycle. Tentative Retrieval Day: July 21, 2016. IVF was cancelled and converted to IUI #7 due to low response. BFN
- FET #2 (Cycle 11): Aug/Sept 2016. Plan: Transfer two 6-day frozen blasts (from IVF#2) with assisted hatching on 9/22/16 = BFP!!!!!!
- Beta #1 8dp5dt, 13dpo (9/30/16) = 30
- Beta #2 11dp5dt, 16dpo (10/3/16) = 83.1
- Beta #3 13dp5dt, 18dpo (10/5/16) = 203.3
- Beta #4 15dp5dt, 20dpo (10/7/16) = 451.3
- Beta #5 18dp5dt, 23dpo (10/10/16) = 1136.2
- Beta #6 20dp5dt, 25dpo (10/12/16) = 2122.3
- 1st Ultrasound 5w+6d (10/14/16) = 1 gestational sac and Heartbeat at 100-103 bpm!
