IVF Protocol: Luteal Lupron (OCP) Protocol (Day 5 Transfer)

- Stims: Gonal-F, Menopur, Lupron, Zithromax Tripak, Baby Aspirin
- After Retrieval: Progesterone in Oil, Medrol, Estrogen Patches

- 11/5/15: Getting Organized
- 11/9/15: RE Consult
- 11/10/15: Costs, Meds, and Consent Forms
- 11/11/15: Choosing Donor #4
- 11/16/15: Sonohysterogram and Mock Transfer
- 11/17/15: Medication Arrived
- 11/18/15: Injections Class and Payment Due
- 11/19/15: First Lupron Shot
- 11/20/15: Acupuncture Session #1
