Medications: 

• Pre-Cycle: DHEA, CoQ10, Birth Control
• Stims: Gonal-F, Menopur, Lupron, Zithromax Tripak, Baby Aspirin, Dexamethasone 
• After Retrieval: Progesterone in Oil, Medrol, Estrogen Patches

Results of Cycle: 

• 9 Eggs Retrieved 
• 8 Mature 
• 7 Fertilized with ICSI
• 2 Made it to Day 5 Blasts, Grade 2's = Transfer 1 and 1 on ice 
• 2 Made it to Day 6 Blasts, Grade 2's = freeze both
